Polaris Ranger 1500XD Inner Fender Guards

Our Polaris Ranger 1500XD Inner Fender Guards are a huge improvement over the flimsy factory plastic ones.  We have designed these to still allow air to escape from the engine bay while keeping mud out with our louvers that we cut and bend into each part.  Our Fender Guards are CNC laser cut from .125 thick aluminum and then CNC bent and powder coated our smooth black powder.

These are a simple install.  Simply remove the cheap plastic inner fenders by removing the push pins.  Install the AJK Offroad Inner Fender Guards by sliding the fender guard around the bottom frame tube and reinstalling the push pins.
