Designed and manufactured by Assault Industries; this 3-piece radius rod reinforcement plate eliminates one of the biggest frustrations with the Can-Am Maverick X3 radius rod system. On the X3; the center radius rod controls rear toe; making precise adjustments critical for optimal handling. Traditional radius rod plates require complete removal of the radius rods from the chassis for adjustments; turning a simple alignment task into a time-consuming process. Assault Industries developed a patent-pending solution that allows individual sections to be serviced without disassembling the entire setup.

Three-Piece Design Simplifies Service and Maintenance
The innovative 3-piece construction features separate upper; center; and lower sections; allowing targeted access to each portion of the radius rod assembly. To service a specific section; only the tow loop and the hardware securing that section need to be removed. This modular design streamlines adjustments and maintenance; reducing downtime while providing easier access to critical components.

Strength remains a priority with a rugged steel center plate finished in a durable black powder coat. The upper and lower sections use high-quality 6061-T6 billet aluminum for an excellent balance of strength and weight savings.
