Your old RZR still knows how to give you a good time. And when you turn the wheel, you want to have confidence your S 800 is gonna go where you tell it to. That’s why using SuperATV’s Polaris RZR S 800 RackBoss 2.0 Steel Bar Tie Rod Kit is a no brainer. It’s designed specifically for RackBoss 2.0 racks and gives you beefy bars with brawny tie rod ends. It’s the industry leading tie rod kit you need to eliminate wobble and take the trail less traveled.

Heim Joint Tie Rod Ends That Rock
Our beefed up outer heim joint tie rod ends make the weakest part of your steering system stronger than ever. They’re paired with inner rebuildable ball and sockets and both use massive 3/4” threads to connect to the tie rods. Speaking of tie rods, they’re made from 1” diameter solid steel bars. Altogether, it’s as tough as it gets.

On top of all that, we back our RZR S 800 tie rods with a lifetime warranty, so you can put the pedal down.

Easy to Install
This complete tie rod kit comes with everything you need to get it installed in no time. You can forget about heading to the hardware store for some random nut—we include it all. With a simple installation, you can get out of the garage and back behind the wheel fast.

SuperATV offers the premium product on the market and extends the industry's best warranty to go with it. Each set of SuperATV tie rods come with a LIFETIME WARRANTY. If for any reason the bar should bend or break, we will send you a replacement part free of charge. Whether you pile it up or your buddy took it for that ever-so-innocent test ride, we've got you covered.

Lifetime warranty does not include tie rod ends, ball and sockets, or boots.

No International Shipping

You may return most new, unopened items for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. These items should be in their original packaging and have their serial number or UPC. Special order returns are at our discretion on a case by case basis. If you would like to make a return or exchange, you must contact us by phone or email and submit an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before returning your items. This RMA number is usually written on the bill of lading (issued by the mail carrier's shipping department) or somewhere on the packaging. If you cannot find your RMA, one may be obtained by contacting us by phone or email.

All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Remember, if you would like to return or exchange your item, you must contact us before sending it back. Items returned to us without notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
