Maximized Strength
SuperATV spared no details with RackBoss and worked tie rod end to tie rod end to engineer not only the strongest, but the longest-lasting rack and pinion on the market. You want unbeatable reliability? Try a housing that has 40% more material giving you added strength where it's needed most, so no more cracked housings! You want longevity? Utilizing a 15% bigger rack gear and a wear-resistant Teflon bushing, RackBoss showed no sign of wear or fatigue after 50,000 strokes compared to competition showing obvious wear at 30,000 strokes.

Better Tie Rod Ends
At SuperATV, we understand the need for bulletproof strength and unmatched durability. To ensure an exceptional product, we've increased the size of our tie rod ends, added misalignment bushings, and finished it with the optimal blend of materials and heat treating. Our high-strength 4130 chromoly end is oversized allowing for an increased bearing surface area, leaving you with all-out strength, durability and reliability.

Z-Bend Heavy-Duty Rack and Pinion
You need better rods to handle your 7-10” lift kit. That’s why the solid tie rod bar is made with chromoly steel. The Z-bend design allows them to reach the steering knuckle without overextending the tie rod ends, so you can stay in control even when you go big.

TERMS OF WARRANTY
SuperATV offers the best rack and pinion product on the market and extends the industry's best warranty to go with it. SuperATV warrants for 1 year to the original purchaser that each part be free from defects. You break it, we replace it. This excludes tie rod ends.

No International Shipping

You may return most new, unopened items for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. These items should be in their original packaging and have their serial number or UPC. Special order returns are at our discretion on a case by case basis. If you would like to make a return or exchange, you must contact us by phone or email and submit an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before returning your items. This RMA number is usually written on the bill of lading (issued by the mail carrier's shipping department) or somewhere on the packaging. If you cannot find your RMA, one may be obtained by contacting us by phone or email.

All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Remember, if you would like to return or exchange your item, you must contact us before sending it back. Items returned to us without notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
