OEM ball joints have a major problem—their flimsy snap rings make it easy to push them out when you hit a bump. Todd Keller built a two-piece ball joint to fix that. So upgrade to Polaris RZR 800 Keller Ball Joints to quit breaking down mid-ride. The chromoly stud and threaded housing are perfect for going on hard rides without breaking down.

The Durability Your RZR 800 Needs
After years of service, we know your RZR 800 has seen plenty of ball joints come and go. Keller ball joints are different thanks to their innovative two-piece design. Press in one side, and then thread in the housing to give you the most secure ball joint install you’ve ever seen. The whole thing is made of chromoly steel for extreme durability too. And with an easily greaseable and adjustable housing, you can maintain like-new stud tension indefinitely.

Each Ball Joint carries a 90 day warranty against manufacturing defects to the original purchaser, for the period and subject to the terms stated on our Warranty Policy page.

Heavy Duty
Each Ball Joint carries a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects to the original purchaser, for the period and subject to the terms stated on our Warranty Policy page.

Super Duty
Each Ball Joint carries a Limited Lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects to the original purchaser, for the period and subject to the terms stated on our Warranty Policy page.

Keller

No International Shipping

You may return most new, unopened items for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. These items should be in their original packaging and have their serial number or UPC. Special order returns are at our discretion on a case by case basis. If you would like to make a return or exchange, you must contact us by phone or email and submit an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before returning your items. This RMA number is usually written on the bill of lading (issued by the mail carrier's shipping department) or somewhere on the packaging. If you cannot find your RMA, one may be obtained by contacting us by phone or email.

All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Remember, if you would like to return or exchange your item, you must contact us before sending it back. Items returned to us without notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
